We participated in an amazing workshop where we had the opportunity to create improvisations and group compositions. We were singing without sheet music which facilitated communication between choir members. It was a unique and excellent experience!
Our guest conductor, Marta Mathea Radwan, really boosted our musical creativity, strengthened teamwork, and made us explore a new dimension of vocal performance. Thank you so much!
The female choir Vocal Ease and friends: tenors and basses with their conductor, Marta Jakubiec, prepared a fascinating project: highlights of Bach choral compositions, accompanied by the ensemble of baroque instrumentalists “LA PENSEROSA“. We worked on choral fragments of the Mass in B minor, St John Passion and Cantatas, to find the best way of performing them according to historical practice. The project concluded with a concert. As we all know, many children around the world live in terrible situations and need our help. Thinking about them, we decided to organize 2 charity concerts with the aim of collecting money for UNICEF Belgium, for children in areas of humanitarian crisis.
We managed to transfer 2177 EUR to UNICEF Belgium in order to help children in Ukraine.
